Unmake is a Mac app for personal reflection and coaching, developed by Mikael Cedergren.

App licence

Unmake is distributed through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s standard end user licence agreement. That agreement sets out the licence terms for your use of the app.

Free and Pro

Your first thread is free. Pro adds multiple threads and optional private iCloud sync. Prices and billing periods are displayed in the app before purchase; local prices and taxes may vary.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Apple handles payment and subscription management. See Apple’s instructions for managing or cancelling a subscription.

After Pro access ends, your existing additional threads remain readable, exportable, and deletable. Pro iCloud sync pauses.

Use your judgment

Unmake’s replies and notes are generated by Apple’s on-device models and can be inaccurate. The coach does not conduct live web research. Consider its interpretations and suggestions for yourself.

Unmake is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional care or advice. It is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Your content and choices

You control the threads you create, the milestones you confirm, and the context you choose to bring between threads. Export important content when you want to keep a separate copy.
